Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble is Now Available on Nintendo Switch Online

Kirby fans, it's time to roll out!

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble for Nintendo Switch Online and Game Boy

Today, Nintendo shadow-dropped June's Nintendo Switch Online catalog of classic games. After months of anticipation, the Game Boy cult classic Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble has finally rolled its way onto the Nintendo Switch and is now playable for every membership owner!

Below, you can check out Nintendo's latest Switch Online roundup trailer that showcases June's entire new catalog. In the video, Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, Blaster Master: Enemy Below, Harvest Moon, and Mystery Tower can all be seen in action!

For readers unfamiliar with this spin-off, Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble was one of the only Game Boy games to utilize a cartridge that contained a built-in accelerometer. To play Tilt 'n' Tumble, players must move their system to roll around Kirby--the control scheme is similar to rolling around a ball in a box. A mini-game inspired by Tilt 'n' Tumble called Tilt-and-Roll Kirby was also featured in 2022's Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

As a reminder, the Nintendo Switch Online Game Boy application does not require the Expansion Pack to be played. If you are looking to eventually play Kirby & the Amazing Mirror in the future, the Game Boy Advance title will be exclusive to Expansion Pack customers as the pricier online is the only way to access Game Boy Advance titles.

Now go get rolling and enjoy this Kirby classic!
