Enemies

This fellow is the classic Kirby enemy! They’re fairly basic, which lets them be versatile with what they do! They can run, jump, and even try to ambush you!

Waddle Dee

Found in:

Green Greens

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

This little bird is not to be trifled with! It may seem harmless, but the dangers of being pecked at are still worth keeping cautious for.

Twizzy

Found in:

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

Is he a bug? Is he a bird? Whatever he actually is, he’s certainly grumpy. Some of these guys are even grumpy enough to chase you down!

Bronto Burt

Found in:

Green Greens

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

They may seem like mushrooms, but these folk actually have a face and arms hidden beneath that mushroom-like cap! You usually need to inhale them twice because of their cap.

Cappy

Found in:

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

This jolly fellow is ready to have some fun! You can find him skipping around, balancing on apples, or even riding on the back of Grizzos!

Poppy Bros. Jr.

Found in:

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

It’s an apple. Nothing particularly special about it, though Kirby would probably find it pretty juicy and tasty! Poppy Bros. Jr. like to balance atop them to try to squish Kirby.

Apple

Found in:

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

This isn’t just an ordinary bear on the rampage! It’s Grizzo, and he’d probably be super cuddly if he wasn’t out to hurt Kirby! Watch out for the occasional Poppy Bros. jockey!

Grizzo

Found in:

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

Gotta get things clean! So much dirt, so much dust, these floors should’ve been swept up ages ago! You better not get in the way of their broom, they’ve got work to do!

Broom Hatter

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

This guy’s related to Waddle Dee in some fashion, but instead of the friendly face we’re more used to, he’s just got one big ol’ eye! He can use this eye to shoot a beam whip at you, so be wary of that!

Waddle Doo

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

It wouldn’t be a haunted castle without some bats! Luckily, I don’t think they’re vampire bats. They’ll just tackle Kirby instead of biting him.

Flapper

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

What a strange ghost! Sticking his tongue out at you like that, he must either be very rude or think you look pretty tasty! Can a ghost eat somebody? Who knows, but you can certainly eat a ghost!

Booler

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

It may look just like a decoration on the wall, but don’t be fooled! Walk nearby and he turns around and proceeds to give chase! Be prepared to fight back!

Two-Face

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

A silly little jack-in-the-box foe! They come out of those strange striped question-mark blocks on the ground sometimes. Don’t be surprised when his goofy face greets you!

Chuckie

Found in:

Castle Lololo

This water-dwelling anemone sits there, attached to the wall, unmoving. He must be envious of Kirby’s mobility, cause he’s gonna try to shoot Kirby with projectiles from his head!

Glunk

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Don’t touch these spiky foes! They’re covered on all sides, with no weak points at all, so just avoid them at all costs, whether they’re dropped on you or moving in a set path!

Gordo

Found in:

Green Greens (EX)

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

This cannon is heavily fortified, and nothing Kirby can do can break through its metallic armor! Just stay out of its way and dodge its cannon shots, and you’ll be fine.

Shotzo

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

A single Mumbies can still ruin Kirby’s day, for these mummified ghosts usually aren’t able to be eaten! Spit something out at them instead to be on the safe side, lest they overwhelm you!

Mumbies

Found in:

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

It’s everybody’s favorite squid Squishy! He’s so happy, but that includes being happy to jump into you and damage you, so don’t let appearances deceive you any! Oh, and sometimes he can fly, so just accept this and move on.

Squishy

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

This clam is a whiz at copying Waddle Doo’s signature beam attack. Be wary of this guy, and pay attention when he opens his shell so that you can inhale him!

Wizzer

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

The plant life of Dream Land is a bit strange, to say the least! How else would you explain coconuts that drop down only once Kirby walks beneath them, and which explode on contact?

Coconut

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Why exactly would a fish need goggles, anyway? Probably in case he bumps into stuff, because these folk love to jump out of the water to try to attack Kirby. Seafood’s on the menu for tonight, it seems!

Blipper

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Coner is just a hermit crab seeking to move forward. Don’t get in their way, especially when there’s more than one in a row! It’s rude to interrupt their conga line!

Coner

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

This strange tiki head spins around all the time, and can even teleport! If one of these is around, you better take it out fast before it makes a fool of you!

Kabu

Found in:

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

This wacky character flies around in the sky, spinning around endlessly! That must be where he gets his name from. Be careful when traversing the clouds, as you never know when a Dizzy might spin into you suddenly!

Dizzy

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

These friendly-looking faces pop in from the top or bottom of the screen to say hi to you! Be careful, though, because not only do they explode when something hits them, but if you inhale them, they become monstrous and chase you!

Scarfy

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

What crazy creatures are found in the skies of Dream Land! This kooky face spins around in circular patterns, and it sure does look like he’s having a grand old time!

Kookler

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

This common parasol lets enemies like Waddle Dee and Waddle Doo drift down lazily, before floating away once its dropped off its cargo. Be wary of the parasols that carry Shotzos!

Parasol

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

This armored knight will throw a boomerang out at you, so keep your distance! I wonder who exactly knighted these guys, though?

Sir Kibble

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

What’s a cloud need sunglasses for? To look cool, obviously. Puffies tend to fly around a bit erratically, so be careful! Some can even fire bullets at you!

Puffy

Found in:

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Extra Game

This replacement for Twizzy flies a lot faster, and will even try to throw you off with loops in his flight patterns, but poultry is no less delicious for Kirby, so suck them up when you get the chance!

Tookey

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

Bronto Burt was more bug-like, so it’s only fitting that his replacement is more bird-like! That new beak does twice as much damage as Bronto Burt, so don’t let this goofy flyer catch you off guard!

Koozer

Green Greens

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

This cupcake is anything but a sweet treat! It can be tough to get around his frequent flurry of frosting, but if you can sneak in on him, a pair of inhales will take him down! The ones that don’t fire shots at you can be eaten in one go, though!

Blopper

Green Greens

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

The replacement for Booler is much faster, and deals twice as much damage! That cap he’s wearing must be made of some really tough stuff.

Gaspar

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

One must wonder what the P in "P. Umpkin" stands for. Perhaps it just stands for Pumpkin? Mr. Pumpkin Umpkin IS an awfully repetitive name, so it’d be understandable why he choose to abbreviate it. Treat him as you would a Two-Face.

Mr. P. Umpkin

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

True to his name, Hurly likes to hurl himself out of those strange question mark blocks in Castle Lololo. There’s an infinite amount of them, so simply avoid these guys!

Hurly

Castle Lololo

Found in:

The replacement for the invincible Shotzo is no less invincible, but far more cannon-happy! Make sure you stay out of their way, cause it can be tricky getting in between their shots!

Blatzy

Castle Lololo

Float Islands

Bubbly Clouds

Found in:

Perhaps a Skuller is what a Mumbies looks like beneath all the wrappings? Regardless of these skulls’ origins, they’re definitely a hassle, so try to stay out of their way!

Skuller

Castle Lololo

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

Squishy was ready to give you a hug with his squid tentacles, but Flotzo looks more like he’s ready to strangle you with them instead. Give this grumpy octopus a wide berth!

Flotzo

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

This tricky crab has been training a lot more than his clam counterpart. He may not be any stronger, but he’s got a lot more speed to him, sending out attacks a lot more frequently!

Peezer

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

If you thought Kabu was frantic, just get a load of Grumples here! He’s super-speedy and teleports quite often to boot! Take them down as soon as you can!

Grumples

Float Islands

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

While Dizzy is a floating head, his Extra Game counterpart is a floating body! He’s kinda creepy with his lack of legs and emotionless expression. If that’s not enough reason to avoid him, maybe knowing he takes two hit points away from you will be!

Benny

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

The strange Kooklers have become even weirder cat heads! They’ll fly around even faster than their horned buddies, and these cats deal some extra damage to boot!

Whiskers

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

And you thought these things were just a means for some enemies to float around, didn’t you? Well, now they’re sentient and angry at Kirby! Once they drop their cargo, they immediately beeline for you, so watch out!

Parasol (Extra Game)

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

This fellow seems to be a relative of the Poppy Bros.! He’s also not very good at catching his boomerangs. The two that he throws out will always fly above his head and keep going, so make sure they don’t catch you off-guard!

Boomer

Bubbly Clouds

Mt. Dedede

Found in:

This wild pelican is a real threat to Kirby. They fly so fast, you might not even know what hit you at first! Some of these birds can even shoot projectiles, much like the Puffies that they replace!

Cawcun
