Kirby Air Riders Direct Announced for Tomorrow

Nintendo has officially announced that a Kirby Air Riders-themed Nintendo Direct will premiere tomorrow, August 19, at 6 a.m. PT. The special broadcast featuring Kirby creator and Air Riders director Masahiro Sakurai will last 45 minutes and provide an in-depth look at the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive.

Kirby Air Riders was announced during the first Nintendo Switch 2 Direct back in April. Since its announcement trailer, Nintendo and Mr. Sakurai have not provided any details about the game.

The Kirby Air Riders Direct will be the first time audiences get to see gameplay of the upcoming title. While a delay is always possible, Nintendo recently reaffirmed in its latest financial report that the game will launch this year.
