Kirby Air Riders King Dedede & Tank Star amiibo launches this July

Nintendo has officially announced that the King Dedede & Tank Star amiibo from the Kirby Air Riders series will release on July 2, 2026.

The King Dedede & Tank Star amiibo was first revealed during the Kirby Air Riders Direct 2. Masahiro Sakurai showcased a prototype of the figure alongside Meta Knight & Shadow Star and Chef Kawasaki & Hop Star.

This marks King Dedede’s third amiibo appearance. He previously received figures in both the Super Smash Bros. line and the Kirby series, each offering distinct poses and functionality tied to their respective titles.

Today, Nintendo also announced two new Kirby Air Riders amiibo. These figures are Sword Kirby & Dragoon and Noir Dedede & Hydra.

A price has still not been officially confirmed by Nintendo for the King Dedede & Tank Star amiibo, but several Japanese retailers have listed the figure for 7,700¥ (roughly $49 USD). When more Kirby Air Riders amiibo news is revealed, we will keep you all updated.
